From 6 to 7 June 2019 in Slovenian Ljubljana, the next edition of the annual INSOL Europe Eastern European Countries’ Committee Conference takes place. This year’s theme is “Navigating the journey of distressed companies”. The congress is attended by Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa, attorney-at-law and partner at BSJP, a specialist in bankruptcy and restructuring law as well as banking and finance.
This year, the conference’s focus is on exchange of investors’ experiences. Participants will try to assess when insolvency becomes a measurable and acceptable risk for investors and analyse instances of cross-border insolvency in aviation. An international panel of experts will also look at the thin line between access to information and the need for confidentiality in insolvency proceedings.
INSOL Europe is an international association of insolvency law, bringing together insolvency and restructuring specialists from around the globe. In 2018, Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa became a member of INSOL Europe.
