The 139. revision of WiRO (part pertaining to Poland) features an updated translation of the Labour Law. The update covers the first part of the act addressing the general provisions and the provisions regarding employment contracts, remuneration, rights and obligations of the parties to the employment contract as well as civil liability.

The update pertaining to Poland includes as well a new overview of Chapter D.IX ? Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance Law. As regards Banking Law, there have been taken into account the latest amendments to the Polish Civil Code, the Banking Law Act, the act on central bank and the act on financial supervision. There have been introduced legal structures of the private banking sector, regulations of particular significance for legal transactions as well as public supervisory and regulatory entitlements. The part concerning the capital markets law focuses on the act on trading financial instruments, exchange trading and capital market supervision. As regards insurance law, the update includes the latest amendments to the civil code and the act on insurance.
