Deconcentration or consolidation? Jacek Bajson for Rzeczpospolita

Numerous tax amendments and new filing requirements make it difficult for entrepreneurs to do without professional help. Simultaneously, the requirements with regard to tax advisors are increasing.

In the 12. Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms, a supplement to Rzeczpospolita, tax advisor Jacek Bajson, partner in BSJP law firm, comments on the situation and the possible directions of development of the Polish tax advisory services market.

Recently, a number of smaller entities, specialized in a given area of tax law appeared on the market. Although most of them are doing very well, now this trend of deconcentration of services can be reversed. The optimal solution, especially when providing services to medium-size companies, will be teams with at least 20-30 professionals - says Jacek Bajson.
