Hanna is an expert in the broadly understood medical law, patients' laws, to include issues pertaining to transplantology. She advises on personal data protection, among others, she has been implementing the GDPR in hospitals as well as entities from the private sector. What is more, she possesses a years' long practice regarding civil and criminal law proceedings on the grounds of economic and labour law.
She is a lecturer at the Medical University in Poznań, where she lectures on medical law and personal data protection. She is also a speaker at numerous medical conferences, to include among others the 35th Conference of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology in Szczecin and two "Brest Cancer, Oncology and Plasty" conferences in Poznań.
She engages in pro bono activity, for which she was awarded the silver "Labor omnia vincit" medal of the Hipolit Cegielski Society in Poznań.
Radosław specializes in civil, commercial and medical law. He possesses broad experience in representing business entities and consumers in litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as in providing day-to-day legal advisory services to entrepreneurs. He also exploits his knowledge and expertise as a delegated member of supervisory boards of limited partnerships.
He participates as a lecturer in trainings and conferences devoted to the issues of civil liability of doctors, medical errors and the issue of formulating consents for a medical procedure.
