BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Law Office to remove its registered office to Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building

BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak sp. k. Law Office has signed a lease agreement with LHI sp. z o.o., investor of Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich office building.

BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak sp. k. will occupy the whole third floor of the building, i.e. an area of 600 sq. m. The agreement was entered into for 10 years. Our Law Office will be the second lessee of Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich after the Polkomtel store. Currently, fit-out works are being carried out to adjust the office space to the lessee’s needs. The removal is to take place in May 2012.

Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich project was implemented jointly by LHI sp. z o.o. and Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowscy S.A. This is an office and commercial facility. The six-storey building was developed on a plot of land with an area of 742 sq.m. in the very heart of Warsaw, at the junction of Chmielna and Bracka streets. The total usable area of the building is more than 4500 sq.m., with ca. 3200 sq.m. offered for lease. In the ground floor, there is a shopping and commercial space with an area of 410 sq.m. The remaining five floors house A class office space with an area of 2850 sq.m. The building is fitted with modern technical solutions enabling future lessees to flexibly design the space. The building was commissioned in September 2011. It is being commercialised now.
